Services and Suports
Advance Enterprises is a Work Activity Program designed to provide vocational training for adults with moderate or mild intellectual disabilities. This program provides training opportunities in interpersonal relations, communication, and work related skills that enhance the employability needed in the current labor market. In a factory setting through sub-contract work from regional businesses, individuals who use our services perform a variety of work activities, including packaging and assembly.

Beaumont, Banning, Cherry Valley, Cabazon, Calimesa, Yucaipa, Hemet, San Jacinto, and Moreno Valley.
Goal of the program:
To provide long-term vocational training, work adjustment, and remunerative employment experiences to adults with developmental disabilities who are in need of full-time habilitation services.

Supported Employment
As part of our objective to assist adults with intellectual and other developmental disabilities achieve their full potential in the community, Advance Enterprises, in cooperation with the local industry and community groups, develops employment opportunities in the competitive world of work.
Individuals and work teams, with support from a full-time job coach or supervisor, are employed by local companies in work settings ranging from food services to janitorial and grounds maintenance services.
